§ THE WORK

Four full case studies.

Each one a complete engagement: problem, build, outcome, and what changed for the team day-to-day.
§ CUSTOM SYSTEMS · US SIGNAGE MANUFACTURER

The quoting engine that replaced spreadsheets, PDFs, and guesswork.

Quote to signed proposal now happens inside one system. Pricing is consistent across the team, every revision has an audit trail, and the platform keeps evolving as the business does.

A US signage manufacturer was quoting complex custom work through spreadsheets and a legacy internal tool inherited from a previous developer. Pricing logic lived in a few people's heads, proposals were assembled by hand, and the internal budget breakdown lived one wrong attachment away from a client's inbox.

A custom pricing and proposal platform, now in daily production use. A product configurator applies the company's real pricing rules, live carrier shipping rates are quoted inside the estimate itself, and every proposal generates as a versioned, branded PDF. E-signature is built in, with proposals locking automatically when sent for signing, and change orders tracked against the original scope. Internal budget sheets are separated from client-facing documents by design, not by discipline.

§ CASE 01

Lending firm performance infrastructure

From scattered Slack messages and spreadsheet bonus calculations to one source of truth for every loan officer's performance.

§ CASE 02

Invoice processing pipeline

From PDFs in a shared inbox to fully-tagged Monday.com records with zero human touch.

Every supplier invoice arrived as a PDF by email and required a human to open it, extract line items, and enter the data into Monday.com.

§ CASE 03

Logistics workflow automation

From a daily standup chasing status updates to fully automated routing that runs unsupervised.

Status updates across Completed and Packed groups required manual daily review, constant Slack chasing, and ops standups dedicated to "where are we with X".

§ HOW WE MEASURE

Every number on this page is measured, not estimated.

Hours saved are calculated from documented time-on-task before and after the engagement. Client identities protected under NDA. Reference calls available as part of serious engagement conversations.
