§ PLATFORM SERVICES

The platform layer, built properly.

monday.com, Make.com, and the dashboards and integrations around them. This is where most engagements start, and for most businesses it's exactly the right answer. When it isn't, we build custom (see Custom Systems).

§ ENGAGEMENT PRICING

Two ways to work together.

Fixed-price for clearly defined builds, retained partnership for ongoing architecture work.

Fixed-price platform builds

One defined project, one defined scope, handed off with documentation and training. Quoted after the audit, so the number reflects your actual scope rather than a template.

Retained automation partnerships

$2,000 to $5,000 per month

≈ R37,000 to R92,000 per month

Ongoing architecture, new integrations, and maintenance as part of your operations team. 3-month minimum, quarterly reviews.

Building a custom CRM or operations platform instead? That's subscription-priced on the Custom Systems page.

§ FAQ — Engagement

Q1How do I know which tier I need?+
If you have a clearly defined project with a known scope, fixed-price is usually the right call. If your operations are evolving and you need ongoing architecture support, retained partnership fits better. Audit call helps us figure this out together.
Q2What's not included in the price?+
Third-party platform subscriptions (Monday.com, Make.com, Claude API). We're not a reseller — you own the accounts and the data. We architect, build, and hand off.
Q3What if we need changes after the build?+
Fixed-price builds include 14 days of refinement post-handoff. After that, changes are billed hourly or roll into a retained partnership.

monday.com Systems

One source of truth for how the company actually runs.

How long 4–6 weeks Best for Founder-led teams of 8–50

Workspaces, CRM, pipelines, roles, and reporting built around how your team actually works, not how a template thinks it should. Covers full operating system design and CRM architecture on monday.com or the platform you've chosen.

What you walk away with

  • 01A documented monday.com (or chosen) workspace built around how your team actually works
  • 02A pipeline and CRM model matched to your real sales motion (inbound, outbound, partner-led, hybrid)
  • 03Stage definitions and exit criteria so deals move predictably
  • 04Automations for follow-up, handoff to delivery, and lost-deal recycling
  • 05Role matrices so every accountability has one owner
  • 06SOPs that live inside the tool, not in a Notion doc no one updates
  • 07A reporting layer surfacing the numbers leadership needs daily and what's happening in the pipeline this week
  • 08Migration plan if you're switching platforms, plus a Loom training library and 30-day support window

Make.com Automation

Make.com built right, not Make.com built fast.

How long 2–4 weeks per cluster Best for Teams running 10+ automations

Automation breaks when nobody owns it. We build resilient Make.com scenarios with proper error handling, fallback paths, and observability — the kind of infrastructure that runs unsupervised for years, not weeks.

What you walk away with

  • 01Production-grade Make.com scenarios documented to handover spec
  • 02Error handling, dead-letter queues, retry logic
  • 03Logging into Monday.com or Slack so failures surface in 60 seconds, not 60 days
  • 04Replace the brittle Zapier chain you stitched together at 2am last quarter
  • 05Source-of-truth diagrams for every workflow

Dashboards & Integrations

See the numbers that drive the business, and make your tools talk.

How long 2–6 weeks Best for Leadership flying on instinct

Live executive dashboards pulling from your real systems, plus the API integrations that connect what off-the-shelf leaves disconnected.

What you walk away with

  • 01Identification of the 5–7 metrics that actually drive your business
  • 02Live dashboard pulling from monday.com, your CRM, finance tools, and ops platforms
  • 03Weekly Slack KPI digest auto-posted to the right channel
  • 04Drill-down architecture so "why is X down" can be answered in 2 clicks, not 2 hours
  • 05Custom integration between any two systems with public APIs
  • 06Webhook handlers, queue management, error recovery
  • 07Use of Claude API for document extraction, classification, and structured data tasks
  • 08Documentation (including OpenAPI spec where applicable) so a new hire understands it on day one, with handover so your team can extend it without re-hiring us

§ FOCUS

What we won't do.

We focus narrowly because that's where our edge is. Here's what we don't take on, even when asked.
  • 01

    Marketing websites and CMS work

Brand and content sites are a different craft. We do offer a simple, productized website for small service businesses (see Products), but if you need a full marketing site or blog, we'll point you to an agency we trust.

  • 02

    Generic Zapier connections

Single-step automations belong in your team's hands, not ours. We focus on architectural systems work.

  • 03

Social media management or content marketing

Different discipline entirely. Plenty of agencies do this well — we're not one of them.

  • 04

    Lead generation services

We build the systems that handle leads once they arrive. Generating them is someone else's job.

  • 05

Quick-fix consulting calls without a build

We're a builder, not a consultant. Audit calls are free; advice without execution isn't our model.

§ NEXT STEP

Not sure which service fits?

Every engagement starts with the same audit call. We'll tell you which of the three — or which combination — solves your actual problem. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
